Justin Shea and Raena Matousek have spent nearly three-decades-combined working in residential development, owner representation, and luxury home sales.
Their experience spans some of the most thoughtfully executed and commercially successful homes in Arizona. Many of them set benchmarks for quality and value, gaining national attention.
What emerged from their work together thus far is a shared conviction: we apply the same integrity to each relationship as we do to each project.

That allows Justin and Raena to focus entirely on judgment, alignment, and the integrity of the process. I’ve spent the last 10 years managing builders, designers, vendors and advising clients in new construction projects and extensive remodels around Paradise Valley, AZ. Some of those homes have won awards, all have set records.
Nearly 20 years ago, I was licensed and began selling homes in Arizona. Before I sold homes, I helped my family build them.
Diplomacy and accuracy are my main forms of communication.
I know where and how to spend money effectively and efficiently to meet construction goals with a pre-planned exit-strategy in mind, and I execute it.
I’ve spent the last 17 years immersed in fashion, high-end design, and luxury aesthetics. I developed an understanding of presentation, detail, and emotional connection to people in sales. Nearly 10 years ago, I brought that experience into real estate after beginning my career in development, and learning firsthand how thoughtful vision, strategy, and execution shape exceptional properties.
